Cimarron Construction
Cimarron Construction LLC was born out of a passion for revitalization and craftsmanship. Our journey began in 2012, when we started acquiring and renovating properties in downtown Columbia, Pennsylvania. What began as a mission to breathe new life into historic buildings—transforming them into vibrant residential apartments and thriving commercial spaces—quickly evolved into a broader construction venture.
One of our early projects included building a state-of-the-art dental center for CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health within one of our properties. Impressed by the quality of our work and attention to detail, CHI approached us again in 2018 to construct a second dental facility in Lancaster. Recognizing the opportunity to expand beyond our own developments, Cimarron Construction LLC was officially established, allowing us to offer our construction services to a growing range of clients.
Today, Cimarron Construction is proudly managed by Taylor Murphy, who leads the company with the same values of quality, integrity, and customer-focused service that have defined us from the beginning. Under Taylor’s leadership, Cimarron Construction has expanded its capabilities, offering a full suite of residential and commercial construction services throughout the region.
